DALLAS: A man told by police he must purchase a ticket before engaging in free speech at a Dallas area transit station will no longer face those restrictions. ADF attorneys representing Daniel Bailey reached an agreement with Dallas Area Rapid Transit authorities that will allow Bailey to continue his activities without having to purchase a ticket.
