Oregon court: no right to have voter petition signatures counted
PORTLAND, Ore. — Attorneys with the Alliance Defense Fund are considering whether to appeal Friday’s decision by a federal judge against disenfranchised signers of a petition to put Oregon’s “domestic partnership” law before the voters. The judge lifted his preliminary injunction against the law, H.B. 2007, on which voters have never been heard.

Let em’ put it to the voters. It will get shot down just like it does every time it pops its ugly head up. Then the courts of liberal, Western Oregon can disenfranchise the voters in favor of the homosexual lobby and see if they can get away with it. This whole west coast is infected with liberalism in the cities. It’s a shame.
