Christian’s free speech rights restored in Nebraska
Kevin Pulver had attempted to speak peacefully in a public area near Hastings College but was nonetheless repeatedly singled out by officers for “disturbing the peace” and being “too loud,” among other claims. After an officer threatened him more than 13 times with citation, arrest, and/or a court appearance, Pulver ceased his attempts to express his faith on a sidewalk near Hastings College.
