OH: Florence pondering SOB zoning regulations
Florence Mayor Diane Whelan is taking a "proactive approach" in regulating SOBs. Adam Rosing at the Cincinnati Press & Reporter reports:
New zoning regulations, unanimously approved by the Boone County Planning Commission on Dec. 19, have to be individually passed by Florence, Walton, Union, and the Boone County Fiscal Court. The city’s planning and zoning committee reviewed the regulations on Jan. 16 and gave the council a recommendation of approval.
