U. Cal. San Diego Student Speech Rights Hang in the Balance

ADF Attorney David Hacker reports on the ADF Center for Academic Freedom blog and suggests: "UCSD should take note of a recent decision by a federal court in San Francisco that reaffirmed the broad free speech rights students possess on university campuses.
