I think the issue is a cross section of America's dilemma with the H-movement. People and the city council wanted to be democratic and politically correct but along the way the population has been deceived by the media, and apparently the entire bureaucratic infrastructure, into some snowball mantra that we must continue to liberalize, which many simply continue to echo robot-like, and the children often following suit.
