Minnesota cloning bill forces taxpayers to fund killing

Citizen Link reports (2.15.2008): "A Minnesota House committee passed a bill Thursday that approves human cloning and the killing of human embryos at the University of Minnesota. The Kahn-Cohen Cloning Bill (S.F. 100) forces taxpayers to fund the destructive research."
