		<description>I find this situation interesting.  If these people were not uttering any words how do the cops know that they were praying?  Can the cops prove that they were praying?  This seems to be hitting a pattern nationally in which Christians are being targeted for the content of their speech or that they are Christians.  The MO is that a Christian group asks the cops if they can do something and the cops tell them they can.  Then the cops arrest them for doing what they said they could do.  The Philadelphia 11 was a case in point.  The cops told them they could do something and then arrested them for doing it.  It is apparent that every group but the Christians have a right to do something.</description>
