Wisconsin D.A. Resists Premise Registration For Amish
The Religion Clause blog reports: “The District Attorney in Clark County, Wisconsin is questioning a request by the state’s Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection that he force the county’s Old Order Amish to register their farms under the state’s Premises Registration Act.”
