Michigan Senate passes abortion parental consent bill
The Forum Online which is the newsletter of the Michigan Family Forum reports: "The Michigan Senate has passed legislation (SB 1059) that will prohibit minors from ’shopping’ for judges that will permit abortions without parental consent. The bill passed 25-12, with the support of 21 Republicans and 4 Democrats. "
