Vermont Supreme Court refuses to reconsider child custody ruling favoring former lesbian partner against the natural parent



365Gay.com reports that the Vermont Supreme Court has declined to reconsider its earlier ruling in favor of visitation for a former lesbian partner as against the child’s natural parent.

    Is this also a split from Jones v. Barlow out in Utah?
