Kansas sperm donor appeals paternity denial to U.S. Supreme Court



The Capital-Journal reports:

The Kansas court ruled 4-2 last fall that a sperm donor who wants to have parental rights with any subsequent children must have a written agreement with the mother. The ruling was the result of lawsuits involving Samantha Harrington, who conceived twins with sperm donated by Hendrix. The twins, a boy and a girl, will be 3 on May 18.
