MO: Attorney says adult store owner has grounds to sue county
The attorney for a planned adult video store in Jasper County, Missouri calls on commissioners to grant his client a business license. Attorney Bill Fleischaker says county commissioners are making up the law as they go. “It’s kind of like shooting at a moving target,” Fleischaker says. “Every time we comply with something, then they change the rules.”
Fleischaker’s client is Ernie Doyon, who first wanted to put in a strip club . . .
