Maryland: Sexually oriented businesses on city’s agenda

The Daily Times has this report from Salisbury, Maryland:

In other business, the council will continue fine-tuning the city’s first legislation restricting adult-oriented businesses.

The proposed ordinance, which would limit adult businesses to 8 percent of the city, is scheduled for a vote April 22. The date is just days before the city’s 100-day moratorium on the construction of adult-oriented businesses expires.
