The homosexual agenda is based on the clame that they are born that way and it is determined in their genes. This is only theory. There is not one iota, one ity-bity scrap or real hard provable evidence to support their clame. ///Request all legistation be brought to a halt until such evidence can be produced. 2. Request that all legislation be halted based on the suposition that homosexuality is an unnatural act that has produced the deadliest venerial disease in the history of the world. AIDS! Make the stand that the public has the right to be protected from a health hazard. Defend the public. Bring in doctors testamony that supports this. A judge sitting on the bench is unqualified to make medical decisions on behalf of the public. 3. Request that all legislation be halted because the decision made in California will affect the other states. It is well known that their stratedgy is to force other states to accept the rullings from other states. This is their way of getting around majority rule. This is a moral and health issue that affects the entire population of the United States. Therefore it is to big and far reaching an issue to be decided by one man for the rest of the nation. This country is not a dictatorship. At least it is not suppost to be. There is only one fair answer for the issue. We need a national referendum that ends in a constutional ammendment. Dear Sir,
