Florida: Mayor supports ban on sexually oriented businessesPalm Bay Mayor John Mazziotti said he’ll support a proposal to make all adult businesses illegal . . . Michael Kahn, a legal expert on adult businesses, proposed 21 other areas in which the city should permit such businesses. Kahn said it is unconstitutional to ban them altogether . . . The City Council is still not satisfied and wants far fewer than the 21 areas Kahn said are required.
