New! Direct Links and other ADF Alliance Alert updates

http://www.alliancealert.org

1. DIRECT LINKS. Many ADF Alliance Alert posts have a single link that refers the reader to another web site. Some readers prefer a direct link to the source site in such circumstances. The Alert website now offers that option.

Below many headlines, the base URL of the source site appears in gray. If you click that link, you will be taken directly to the source story. The option will be available for many, but not all, posts depending on the nature and source of the content in question. This option is not available in the email digest. It is only available from the web site.

2. SITE SEARCH. The built in site search option has been upgraded and Google site search has also been added as an option.

3. “ALL POSTS.” Some readers prefer to scan a single column of headlines in reverse chronological order for the latest updates. All Alert tags and categories are displayed in this manner. All posts can also be viewed in this format from the “All Posts” page.

4. MOBILE ACCESS. The Alliance Alert is mobile enabled and will auto detect your mobile browser for easy mobile viewing.

5. TAG ARCHIVE. Don’t forget! You can view post topics through the tag archive. Want to see law review abstracts? Simply click the law review tag. Want to see California stories? Click the “California” tag. Want to see stories involving the Center for Arizona Policy? Click the “Center for Arizona Policy” tag. Many other topical, organizational, and jurisdictional categories are available.

To subscribe to a tagged topic by RSS, follow the instructions set forth on the tag archive home page.
