Pennsylvania: Plan sought to regulate adult businesses
Prompted by a legal battle between a strip club and Upper Bucks residents, Warrington is considering a preemptive strike to avoid a similar problem within its borders.
Township officials discussed this week researching an ordinance to regulate adult businesses. The move was inspired in part by months of headline-generating conflict between Milford Township and Coyotes Show Club over issues of zoning and constitutionality after the club opened in December without township permission.
