30-day sentence for child-porn collector labeled outrageous

Pro-family attorney Pat Trueman says it’s outrageous that a Pennsylvania college professor will spend only 30 days in jail after being sentenced on three counts of possessing child pornography . . .

He argues that the college professor’s sentence endangers children.  “The fact is, as law enforcement knows, people who are collectors of child pornography abuse children — one goes hand in hand with the other,” says Trueman. “By the time you catch them abusing children, they’ve most often have abused numerous, [perhaps] dozens of children.”

    I hope that the judge that set the time in jail don’t have children and this guy or his customers can’t get to them. Judges need to look at the whole picture when set the time for these guys to set in jail…
