8th Circuit: Does RFRA protect sacramental marijuana use?

Religion Clause blog has a post discussing the oral arguments in Olsen v. Mukasey.  “At issue is whether marijuana use by Carl Olsen, a member of the Ethiopian Zion Coptic Church (EZCC), is protected by the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.”  The Rutherford Institute is involved in the case.
