California: Upland expands adult business limitations
An updated city ordinance could dictate where adult businesses are allowed to operate within the city if it passes the City Council.
The Upland Council voted unanimously last week to consider amending zoning regulations and the definition of what qualifies as adult businesses. The changes could determine the location of strip clubs and other adult businesses.
