Bald Eagles Limit Florida Church’s Expansion Plans

The Religion Clause blog reports on the situation at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church in Bradenton, Florida.  Apparently, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is prohibiting development of a 14 acre property owned by the church, because a pair of bald eagles are nesting on it. Religion Clause blog links to this report in the Lakewood Ranch Herald.
