Family drops lawsuit vs. NAMBLA for influencing boy’s murder
The Boston Herald reports that the family of a young murder victim has dropped its suit against NAMBLA. The young boy was abucted, raped and murdered. During the murder trial evidence revealed that NAMBLA publications were found in the murderer’s apartment. The ACLU is quoted as arguing that the First Amendment protects NAMBLA from liability.
