City of Troy Grants License to Adult Novelty Shop, then Takes it Away

KSDK.com reports:

The City of Troy, Missouri has flip-flopped on its decision to award an adult novelty shop a business license to operate in the area. The store name is Bliss, but the controversy that led to the business having its shelves stripped has been anything but . . .

The board of aldermen voted unanimously to revoke Bliss’ business license [after the mayor granted it]. They said an ordinance was in place prohibiting such a business. Sambo disagrees.
