Fourth Circuit again reinstates “dirty dancing” plaintiff’s equal protection claim

Town of Marshall, NC, No. 07-1404 (4th Cir., May 1, 2008) The case was brought by a lady who claims that the town violated her constitutional rights when it banned her from the town community center for repeatedly engaging in “dirty” dancing.
