Pennsylvania: Sex novelty store triggers debate
A new adult novelty store coming to North Church Street sparked a debate at Tuesday’s planning commission meeting about whether the borough should expand its zoning code to include more types of adult entertainment.
Jill McDevitt, a resident of Montgomery County, applied to the borough for a permit to open Feminique Boutique LLC, a business that “seeks to enhance the level of romance in our patrons’ lives,” according to a flier posted in the window of the business at 104 N. Church St.
