Iowa: Dubuque strip club files suit against city
The Chicago Tribune reports that the city’s only strip club has sued Dubuque challenging its new ordinance regulating sexually oriented businesses. The ordinance bans alcohol, enacts licensing requirements and establishes buffer zones between customers and strippers.
