KY: Daughter fails math test, so dad thrown in jail
WorldNetDaily has this unbelievable report. It begins:
A northern Kentucky man is in jail today – serving a 180-day sentence – because his 18-year-old daughter failed a math test and didn’t get her General Equivalency Diploma, or GED, as a previous court order required.
Brittany Gegner, the daughter, says if anyone should be jailed, it should be her . . .
The problems began when Brittany was 16 and started skipping classes at Fairfield High School and then, Butler Tech . . .

Well this is our judicial system at its best, they take away our rights to discipline our children and then they put the parents in jail when the system fails, which they are responsible for. The child needed to go to jail not the father. Rememeber the more parents you put in jail, the more the government will have to pay out to support that family, because the bread winners are in jail.
