Ohio: Zoning board again rejects gentleman’s club
The Athens Board of Zoning Appeals on Tuesday reaffirmed its opinion that a “gentleman’s club” is not appropriate for a proposed Stimson Avenue location.
But the issue remains in play, with an appeal of the zoning board’s original decision pending in Athens County Common Pleas Court and a second appeal likely to be filed.
