MI: Grand Rapids adult entertainment rules upheld

A federal appeals court Tuesday upheld Grand Rapids’ adult business ordinance that covered up strippers, outlawed lap dances and opened up its peep show booths.
“The city wins on all issues. The ordinance has been completely upheld,” City Attorney Catherine Mish said of the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals decision.
