SC bill advising governments on legal prayer signed into law
The AP reports: “. . . Gov. Mark Sanford signed a bill Tuesday that tells local governments three ways to have prayer at meetings that should not face constitutional challenges, based on rulings by the U.S. Supreme Court and U.S. Court of Appeals. . . “
