Will FCC be allowed to police ‘fleeting expletives’?

    When one calls up a radio talk show,one is put on hold..and one can hear the show and guess what..we are 7 seconds ahead..in other words..radio protects itself by having this 7 second delay so is not live TeeVee the same way? I can’t imagine that for some reason the boob tube does not protect itself as radio does..wonder what the plan is……darn, a piece of the sky just hit me on the head…ouch…
