Arizona legislature passes partial birth abortion bill
The Center for Arizona Policy has issued an update indicating:
In April, Governor Napolitano vetoed a bill that would have made the gruesome partial-birth abortion procedure illegal under Arizona law. Today, the House gave final approval to a new ban on partial-birth abortion that addresses the two reasons the Governor gave for her veto. The bill will now go to the Governor’s desk for a signature.
