Glen Lavy v. Director of Equality California on Marriage

The Desert Sun carries a commentary by ADF attorney Glen Lavy titled: “Same-sex marriage CON: Why hold the ‘marriages’ before the voters have their say?” He concludes:

But who really poses the greatest threat to liberty? Those who would preserve the law to provide a stable, healthy future for California’s children – or those who would force-feed their aggressive demands on the public … even at the cost of the democratic process?

That’s the choice this state’s voters will have to make, come November. . .
