NY Capitol: More than 250 Christian ministers protest marriage redefinition
The Press & Sun Bulletin reports:
More than 250 evangelical Christian ministers from around the state came to the Capitol today to blast Gov. David Paterson for requiring state agencies to recognize same-sex marriages and to back the Senate for its opposition to legalizing the same-sex unions . . .
A national group, the National Alliance Defense Fund, has sued to get Paterson’s decision overturned. Several state lawmakers have joined the suit, which is pending in state Supreme Court . .

MARRIAGE IS between a Man and a Woman….God bless those ministers!!!
Dear Sir,it is time to recognize that marriage was created by God. It benefits society in many way,in Genesis there were not 2 Adams/2Eves,God said ADAM & EVE. Period
If more than 50% of New Yorkers still think it is important to keep marriage between a man and a woman and stop the forcing of gay agenda on the youths, now it is time for them to gather enough signatures to put a marriage amendment initiative on the November ballot to bar politicians and judges/Justices from redefining it, if it is not too late for ballot initiatives. The pro traditional marriage folks need to take advantage of the fact that gay marriage is, once again, front and center in politics and nip this gay marriage in the bud.
