Is Justice Scalia writing the 2nd Amendment opinion?



SCOTUS blog has released its latest edition of StatPack which provides some great information on the statuts of the U.S. Supreme Court’s rulings this term. The blog post speculates that Justice Scalia is probably writing the opinion in the pending 2nd amendment case, D.C. v. Heller.

If that is true, it bodes well for those who believe the Second Amendment guarantees an individual right to bear arms.
