Ms Hansen is totally off topic. Marriage and child bearing are separate issues.
She fails to cite any studies beyond her own prejudices in support of this claim.
I continue to be at a loss as to how many people simply no longer connect marriage and child bearing. Gary47, you like so many people are in denial about the birds and the bees and its relationship to marriage and society.
Pick up a copy of Mark Steyn’s America Alone. He makes a clear and global point as to the implicit relationship between marriage and childbearing. Oh, and throws in a few more items, from a demographic and population theory perspective.
