Ohio: Christian group fighting for right to use public facility

. . . Ohio-based Citizens for Community Values wanted to use the Union Township Civic Center to hold a “Politics and the Pulpit” seminar in advance of the Ohio primary. But officials with Civic Center refused, stating in a letter that “the facility can not [sic] be used for any church or religious activity.”
