Florida: New Cooper City zoning law sparks controversy



The Sun-Sentinel reports on the continuing controversey over zoning for churches in Cooper City.  A federal judge ruled that the city had not afforded sufficient zoned space for churches.  The litigation is still pending, but the city has amended its rules.  Nevertheless, it appears a challenge by the Chabad of Nova Outreach Center will continue.
