Indiana: Judge accepts deal in sex shop dispute

Attorneys for Plainfield and the operator of the Hot Temptations lingerie modeling shop have agreed that the shop can stay open but without adult novelties and services.
The shop opened in early June without a license but a judge ordered it closed after the town sought an injunction. Despite the June 24 order, the store remained open.
