Texas: Judge awards round to elders in church spat

A long-running dispute between members of Houston’s oldest Korean-American church could be one step closer to resolution after a judge issued a partial ruling in favor of the church’s board of elders.
A judge’s decision this month to ban two fired pastors from returning to the church and order them to pay nearly $60,000 in lawyer fees and court costs is the latest development in a bitter feud at the Korean Christian Church of Houston . . .
