Hillary Clinton Opposes Bush Plan to Protect Pro-Life Doctors on Abortion
LifeNews.com reports: “Senator Hillary Clinton says she will try to stop a new proposal from the Bush administration that would protect pro-life doctors, nurses and other medical professionals from having to participate in abortions. The Bush plan also protects medical facilities that don’t want to do abortions.”

No-one should be compelled by law to violate their religious beliefs for the sake of the state. Personally, I feel this is a situation where the state is violating the 1st amendment rights of individuals.
