8th Circuit affirms 20 year sentence for one count of producing child porn
The 8th Circuit has issued a unanimous panel ruling in United States v. Zastrow, No. 07-3139 (8th Cir. July 23, 2008). The opinion begins:
Emory James Zastrow (Zastrow) pled guilty to one count of producing child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. ยง 2251. The district court1 imposed a sentence of 240 months imprisonment. Zastrow appeals his sentence claiming the sentence is unreasonable. We affirm.
