California: Sanger man fights to restore wife’s feeding tubes
In a case similar to that of Terri Schiavo, relatives of a comatose woman are fighting Fresno County to put her back on life support.
Janet Rivera of Sanger has been without food or water since July 14, when a court-appointed public guardian had the tubes removed to end her suffering . . .
Rivera’s family contacted two anti-abortion organizations — the Alliance Defense Fund and the Life Legal Defense Fund — and they contacted [Brian] Chavez-Ochoa about taking the case, he said.
