FCC feeling muzzled by courts



OneNewsNow.com reports: A spokesperson for the FCC has joined a TV watchdog group in condemning Monday’s federal court ruling that rejected the agency’s fine against CBS for its airing of “fleeting nudity” involving Janet Jackson, Justin Timberlake, and a “wardrobe malfunction” during the 2004 Super Bowl halftime show.
