Roberts Can Do Better Than Consensus
Law Professor Scott Gerber has this commentary in the Wall Street Journal that concludes: “In short, every ‘great’ chief justice is a player in the game that is constitutional law, not merely an umpire. It’s time for John Roberts to step up to the plate. Nobody wins if it remains the Kennedy Court.”
