Court Rejects Free Exercise Exemption From Law Numbered “666″
The Religion Clause Blog reports on a Tennessee ruling that rejected a Father’s free exercise challenge to paying child support through a designated state agency on grounds that the authorizing law was codied at 42 U.S.C. ยง 666. Apparently, the Father was willing to pay child support, but not vis-a-vis the procedures set forth in statute 666.
