Judge rules Iowa law protects minor’s nude dancing at club
The AP reports that Iowa Judge Timothy O’Grady has ruled that Fremont county failed to prove that the club in question wasn’t a theater after the county prosecuted the owner under indecency laws for allowing a minor to dance nude on stage. According to the report, Iowa law grants some exemptions for nudity at certain artistic events.
