SD: Sex shop increased setback rules move forward
The Argus Leader reports that the “Minnehaha County Commission on Tuesday approved the first reading of proposed revisions of zoning ordinances governing adult businesses to make those ordinances conform to a new state law.” The law would increase setbacks from schools, churches, and other uses. According to the report, Sioux City Falls has already approved increased setbacks.
