El Paso: County names components it wants in sexually-oriented business ordinance
The El Paso Times reports:
Commissioners Court on Monday revised some of the items it would like in a sexually-oriented-business ordinance for unincorporated areas of the county.
-Requiring licenses of the businesses and their accompanying fees.
-The right for the county and Sheriff’s Office to inspect the businesses for compliance.
-Requiring the businesses to be located 1,000 feet from places such as churches, schools, daycares, residences and other sexually oriented businesses.
