The El Paso Times reports:

Commissioners Court on Monday revised some of the items it would like in a sexually-oriented-business ordinance for unincorporated areas of the county.

-Requiring licenses of the businesses and their accompanying fees.

-Requiring the businesses to be located 1,000 feet from places such as churches, schools, daycares, residences and other sexually oriented businesses.
